Located in the heart of River North, at 65 West Kinzie Street, DineAmic Hospitality added its first Mexican restaurant, Barrio, to the hospitality group’s culinary roster. A creative take on traditional Mexican fare with pan-Latin and American influences, Barrio is a 6,000-square-foot space with 200 seats indoor and 70 patio seats. 

With the kitchen headed by Executive Chef Andrew Sikkelerus, the menu provides a plethora of options from tacos to cornbread. When it comes to tacos, Barrio does not fall short with traditional tacos and other options such as Grilled Octopus and Forest Mushroom. All of the tortillas are house-made with hand-pressed macienda heirloom corn and authentically created.
