DineAmic's 5 Tips
How to have a restaurant-quality meal at home
Enjoy your at-home dining experience, whether you pick up or have it delivered.
1. Reheating Instructions
Whether you ordered entrees, pizza, steaks, or sides. Follow our best tips for reheating these items at home.
Pastas
Grab a saucepan, and heat it to medium-level heat. Once heated, pour the contents of your pasta into the saucepan with a ¼ cup of water. Allow the pasta to reheat, stirring occasionally. Once hot, pour into your favorite bowl and serve immediately.
Pizzas
Preheat your oven to 350° and place your pizza on a pizza tray. Once the oven is hot, place your pizza on the tray into the oven for 4-6 minutes. Carefully remove the pizza from the oven, cut it into triangles using the Siena branded pizza cutter, top it with parmesan cheese (and any other toppings you wish), and enjoy!
Entrees
Preheat your oven to 350°. Once the oven is hot, place your entree in the oven-safe packaging into the oven. Allow it to reheat for 5-8 minutes, depending on the temperature of the item when it’s placed in the oven. Once it reaches your desired temperature, remove it, place the contents of the dish on a plate, and enjoy!
Sides
If you own an air fryer, we recommend using that appliance for sides and potatoes. If not, preheat your oven to 350°. Keep your side in the oven-safe aluminum packaging, and place the whole thing in the air fryer or oven (once preheated). Allow it to reheat for 4-7 minutes, depending on the temperature of the item when it’s placed in the air fryer or oven. Once it reaches your desired temperature, carefully remove them, and place the sides on a plate. Enjoy!

Listen3. Serving Instructions
Aside from reheating your items, replating is also an important part in order to create a restaurant experience at home. Remove your delivered items from their packaging, and place them in your favorite plates and bowls before enjoying!
Our recommendations:
Salads
Grab your favorite serving bowl, pour the contents into the bowl, and toss ingredients with the dressing!
Charcuterie / Breads & Spreads
Fetch your favorite cheese board (or cutting board) and cover every crevice with the ingredients provided. Always feel free to add your favorite crackers, vegetables, and more from your own pantry!
Pastas
Always served best hot in a pasta bowl!
Entrees & Sandwiches
Once reheated (when applicable), plate your entrees and sandwiches on a plate at home.
4. Pair a Perfect Wine
No meal is complete without having a beverage to wash it all down with! Make an at-home cocktail, or mocktail, or pour the perfect wine to pair with every bite. A few of DineAmic’s favorites are below.
Perfect Wine Pairings
Compliments of LYRA Sommelier, Marsha Wright
White: '20 Alpha Estate Assyrtiko: stone fruit, balanced
A Note From The Sommelier: This wine is bright, balanced with just the right amount of acidity and fruit with a smooth crisp finish.
Red: '18 Domine Skouras 'Megas Oenos' Agiorgitiko | Cabernet Sauvignon Blend: full-bodied, robust
A Note From The Sommelier: This wine is an explosion of juicy black fruit and is full-bodied yet elegant, smooth with structured silky tannins.
Compliments of Siena Tavern & Bar Siena Sommelier, Michael Tumbali
White: '20 Cusumano 'Alta Mora' Etna Bianco: complex, apples, creamy
A Note From The Sommelier: I love this unique white wine from Sicily! The Alta Mora has a great depth of flavor; a texture similar to a Chardonnay; and showcases a subtle, but mouth-watering acidity.
Red: '18 Felsina 'Berardenga' Chianti Classico Riserva: dried cherries, balsamic, mineral
A Note From The Sommelier: WIth so many iterations of Chianti Classico Riserva in the market, this is one of my favorites. Showing the best of what Sangiovese has to offer, this Chianti is great by itself or paired with a myriad of dishes.
5. Create a Cocktail or Mocktail
Cranberry Mule
1.5oz Koval Cranberry Gin
(Mocktail: Replace Gin with Seedlip Grove 42)
5oz Lime Juice
Ginger Beer
Rosemary
Cranberries
Step-By-Step:
Combine Koval Cranberry (or Seedlip Grove 42) & lime juice in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake for 20 seconds. Pour over ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a rosemary sprig & 3 skewered cranberries.
*Ginger Beer contains NO alcohol.
